What To Bring:
Yoga is done in bare feet - no shoes or socks required
Wear comfortable, modest clothes such as leggings, shorts, a T-shirt, tank top, etc.
Bring a Yoga mat if you have one. You can borrow one for now.
What To Eat:
You will be more comfortable if your stomach is empty before practicing Yoga. This means you need to wait 3 hours after a heavy meal and 1 to 2 hours after a light meal before you do yoga.
