New Students

I love working with new students of all ages and ability levels. Whether you are an old pro or just trying yoga for the first time, I look forward to guiding you on the journey to health and wellbeing.

 

What To Bring:

  • Yoga is done in bare feet - no shoes or socks required

  • Wear comfortable, modest clothes such as leggings, shorts, a T-shirt, tank top, etc.

  • Bring a Yoga  mat if you have one.  You can borrow one for now. 

 

What To Eat:

You will be more comfortable if your stomach is empty before practicing Yoga. This means you need to wait 3 hours after a heavy meal and 1 to 2 hours after a light meal before you do yoga.
